Hello and welcome! My name is Brandon Cuthbertson, and I am the founder and head trainer at Dynamic Strength Training. With a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals of all ages and fitness levels towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.


As a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I possess a deep understanding of fitness principles and best practices. I have been a personal trainer for over six years, working with a diverse clientele ranging from beginners to advanced athletes. I graduated from Moorpark College with a focus on exercise science and earned a fitness specialist certificate. I am

CPR certified, ensuring safety and preparedness during all training sessions. In addition to personal training, I continue to coach soccer at the high school level, sharing my love for the sport and mentoring young athletes.


My Fitness Journey

Growing up, I was always on the move, whether playing soccer for over 20 years or skating all day with friends. These activities not only shaped my physical abilities but also instilled in me a lifelong love for staying active. This passion for movement and wellness led me to pursue a career in fitness, where I can share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
