Growing up, fitness was always a central part of my life—from playing soccer and skating to embracing an active lifestyle that fostered health and joy. Today, I channel that passion into my work, empowering others to lead fulfilling lives.


As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)-certified trainer, I’m committed to safety, evidence-based practices, and personalized fitness solutions. The NASM certification ensures I’m equipped with advanced knowledge to create effective and safe training programs tailored to individual needs. My expertise is particularly focused on active aging adults, helping them build strength, improve balance, and enhance overall quality of life.
